Job Description

  • Manage milk procurement operations in assigned villages/areas
  • Build and maintain relationships with local dairy farmers and milk producers
  • Ensure daily milk collection, quality testing, and quantity recording
  • Monitor milk quality parameters (fat, SNF, adulteration checks)
  • Coordinate with transport teams for timely delivery to chilling centers/plant
  • Handle farmer payments, records, and basic documentation
  • Support expansion of milk collection network (adding new farmers/societies)
  • Provide basic guidance to farmers on:
    • Animal health
    • Feed practices
    • Clean milk production
