Job Description

Location Iglas

  • Production oversight: Supervise daily production activities, manage shift teams, and ensure the plant operates efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Quality assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures, conduct regular inspections of products, and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards like GMP and GHP.
  • Operational management: Allocate resources, develop production schedules in coordination with other shifts, and resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Compliance and safety: Ensure the workplace and processes comply with all safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Team and stakeholder coordination: Lead and motivate production staff, and coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure a smooth supply chain and operations.
  • Process improvement: Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), conduct training for plant staff on new processes and safety, and work on the development of value-added products.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, quality, yields, and losses, and prepare reports for management review
