Production Management: Oversee the daily operations of the paneer processing section, including milk reception, coagulation, pressing, cutting, and chilling.
Packaging Operations: Operate and handle various types of packaging machines (pouch pack, cup filling, shrink pack, sealing units, etc.), ensuring accurate filling, sealing, labeling, and coding of products.
Quality Control & Assurance:
Conduct online quality control and verification of recipes and process parameters.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO, FSSAI).
Perform routine checks on product weight, packaging integrity, and expiry dates.
Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the function of processing and packing equipment (filters, separators, homogenizers, pasteurizers, chillers) and coordinate with the maintenance team for any malfunctions.
Hygiene and Safety: Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the processing and packing areas as per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of packed quantities, batch numbers, shift reports, and other relevant documentation.
Inventory Management: Coordinate for the timely supply of raw materials and packing materials to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Manpower Handling: Supervise and train production and QA staff, providing guidance and managing shift duties.
