Job Description

  • Preventive Vigilance: Proactively identifying corruption-prone areas, simplifying rules to reduce malpractices, and conducting surprise inspections.
  • Punitive Vigilance: Investigating allegations of corruption, processing investigation reports, and initiating disciplinary actions (minor/major penalties) against employees.
  • Surveillance & Monitoring: Maintaining watch over staff with doubtful integrity, reviewing annual property returns, and scrutinizing tenders.
  • Administrative Oversight: Issuing vigilance clearances for promotions, transfers, and retirements, and ensuring compliance with conduct rules.
  • Education & Awareness: Conducting seminars and training to educate employees on ethical practices
