Job Description

  1. Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) for component manufacturing.
  2. Understand and interpret technical drawings and machining plans.
  3. Set up, align, and adjust tools and fixtures on the VMC machine.
  4. Monitor machining process and ensure dimensional accuracy.
  5. Identify defects and take corrective actions during production.
  6. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of VMC machines.
  7. Document production data, machine parameters, and output logs.
  8. Work with supervisors to improve process efficiency and maintain quality standards.
